SHIPPING & RETURNS
We ship all over the world! For US orders please allow 2-5 working days for delivery and for international orders please allow up to 10 working days. If you need something urgently however please contact us and we will see if it can be rushed through for you.
Upon completion of your order you will receive a confirmation email. Please be sure to check all the information in your email is correct and if you notice something is incorrect please contact us right away.
We want you to be happy with your order, but if you aren’t, please let us know! If for any reason you need to return an item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your items to arrange an exchange or a refund (minus the shipping costs). Please do not send us the item back without at first emailing us, or your return may not get processed!
Merchandise must be returned unused and in the same condition that it was sent to you with the same labels and packaging. Please include a copy of the original invoice too. We cannot make refunds or exchanges for goods that have been damaged by you after receipt. We will not be able to refund or exchange returned items where there is evidence that these instructions have not been followed.
The cost of returning an item to us is your responsibility and the item is your responsibility until it reaches us. Exchanges and refunds are processed within 3 working days of receipt of the returned items.
